• Ethanol, benzos, barbiturates, zopidem and similar sleep aids, baclofen, GHB, etc

• CNS depression is the only consistent finding

• Variable HR and BP

• Supportive care

• Flumazenil for benzo toxicity

  • Contraindicated in setting of a known-proconvulsant ingestion (TCA, bupropion, tramadol)
